“This was a great location. The room was extremely clean. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great. We’ll definitely book again when I go.”

“The room was beautifully updated and roomy. Breakfast was varied and offered numerous options. The hallway was quiet until the last night when we had tweenagers running up and down the hallway from 10:00 till 11:17 pm. Fortunately, the staff came up and the noise eventually stopped. Staff members were extremely helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend the hotel.”

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”

“Great location. Room was neat and tidy with wonderful touches for comfort (fluffy bathroom mat!) and organization (well-placed storage and hooks). Friendly staff and good coffee/muffins for breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“Manque le savon et le shampoing dans la douche, matelas très mou (cela est avis personnel), manque de verres en plastique. Chambre non dispendieuse, donc on doit s'attendre à une 3 étoiles et non 5.”

“IKEA like hotel. Pretty mediocre”

“Walking in the lobby smells like sewage, getting in the elevator is worse. The smell is atrocious. Our room was still dirty from the previous guests. We missed our dinner plans waiting to be able to get in to get ready. There’s a bunch of mold on the ceilings. Parking is included, but there’s maybe 10 spots. Then you have to pay to park on the street if you can find something. This is not what I would expect from a Best Western.”

“The staff were really nice and helpful.”

“I booked the King with a jacuzzi, but they refused to give it to me even though the people they say booked it never showed up. But I still paid for it.”
