    The Space:

    Easily walk to and from Englewood Beach when you spend a Cape Cod summer at Sea You Later in West Yarmouth. This four-bedroom, light-filled home is close to it all - beautiful beaches, the heart of historic Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, and the Bass River Golf Course. As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning (not always found on the Cape) and an abundance of natural light. There are three living areas to choose from - a front living room, a rear sunroom, and an upstairs den - all with smart TVs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining room table; a gas grill and a dining table for summer barbecues await outside on the back deck as well. When it comes to spending time outdoors, this home has you covered. You'll have two kayaks, chairs and an umbrella to bring with you to Englewood Beach, and an outdoor shower and a washer/dryer to welcome you back home. In the afternoons, you can set up the volleyball net in the backyard, swap stories around the firepit, and eventually head inside for a night of Netflix and Xbox 360 favorites. Of the four bedrooms, two are on the main level (both with TVs, one with an en suite bathroom) and two are upstairs (including a great bunk room for kids). THINGS TO KNOW Two kayaks and a volleyball net are in the garage. An outdoor shower is provided.

Very clean home, close to everything

Nice and clean house

Everything very clean, functionally well furnished, only the garden furniture defective and some specified things such as volleyball net etc. not there or not functional. But overall a very neat house to feel good! We enjoy our stay!

Beautiful house

Clean, pretty house with lots of light. There are many rooms, nooks and televisions so a large group can be comfortable without getting in each other’s way.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The property manager was extremely responsive to a few items that needed fixing and communication was great. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities that you need. We will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, located close to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf courses. The home was fully equipped and had a beautiful yard and fire pit for unwinding after a busy day. Will definitely return.

Beautiful spacious house

We absolutely loved the house. Beautiful and bright. We had more then enough room for everyone to enjoy. The house also offers plenty of supplies and activities to keep you comfortable your whole visit. If I had to complain about anything it would probably just be the beds and pillows are a little on the cheap side, besides that our stay was perfect.. We will definitely rent this house again for our next stay.

Great location house needs updates

I really want to give highest rating, but there are a few things that need attention. First of all, the location was great. Very close to Hyannis shops and access. Quiet area and street. The amenities were great- love having central AC, washer/dryer, good appliances. Plenty of room. However, some of the beds (especially in the 2 full room) were worn and very uncomfortable. The carpet in all the bedrooms was very dirty and needs replacing. Furniture and comforters were stained. The sheets were stiff and not washed well. With some updates this places would be absolutely perfect.

First day central air condition did not work could have used it. Reported this but not fixed due to cooler temperatures. Microwave stopped working and was quickly replaced. House clean but really needs a deep clean and entire place needs to be freshly painted. . Unable to use the drip cofee pot. One mattress in master suite very uncomfortable other mattress comfortable. Deck needs to be painted. Kitchen chairs could use some chair pads. No shower hose in hot tub just handle was a surprise. Overall a very comfortable house with adequate space. Yard and outdoor furniture very good. Lication good for beaches .

Clean, roomy house with (almost) everything you need.

This was our first time staying in Yarmouth, and this house worked out pretty well for eight of us. My only issues were, the beds upstairs were all really small. Granted we are a tall family, without kids, but twin beds with footboards were hard for everyone who slept upstairs. The other issue was the downstairs bedroom was really bright. The combo of skylight and the sheer blinds meant once the sun was up, we were up. Bring a sleep mask. That saved us.

Should of Known....

The property was very clean. I mostly booked this because of the the jet tub to relax. When I got there the sign said don't use, handle broken. The water pressure throughout the house was very hard. I also tried to reach out to the host about the grill use before my trip and got no response. Of course when I got there the grill would not work, guess that's why I got no response...

Beautiful house!

What a perfect house for a family! We had three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9) who took over the second floor as if it was made for them. The bedroom with the bunk beds and twin beds was perfect for them, and having the relaxing TV space outside the room was great. The master bedroom (and whole house) was full of amazing natural light which was only made better by the gorgeous paint choices to really brighten up all of the spaces. The backyard was SO much bigger than we had thought it would be, and the kids loved playing out there while the adults enjoyed the firepit and deck. And the outdoor shower was the COOLEST feature! It took a few minutes for the water to warm up, but it was worth the wait to shower with the sun shining down on you. The beaches were all incredibly close. We tried out beaches in both Yarmouth and Dennis, as well as a playground in Dennis that was about 15 minutes away. The main road is less than 2 minutes away and had everything we needed, from gas to groceries. Mike's Roast Beef had incredible food for take out, and Cap'n Parkers was our favorite stop for seafood. We stopped at the Whydah Pirate Museum, which was fun for the adults, but the kiddos weren't quite as interested. They loved the Go Karts and Mini Golf a little further down the road. All in all, it was a perfect first stay on the Cape. We absolutely adored the house and it immediately felt like home to us. Thank you for letting us stay there, and we hope to come back again!
