“The house was perfect for our party of 10- plenty of room to gather, sleep, and eat! Close to beaches and an adorable town. Even in the snow we enjoyed the property! Lloyd was super responsive and very helpful. We would recommend and definitely stay here again!”

“The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient.”

“Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!”

“Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating.”

“Great property for families- loved the downstairs pool table and outside area with fire pit and volleyball net. Super clean. Highly recommend. ”

“Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!”

“Our party was 2 grandparents, our son and his 10 and 12 year old girls and we spent 2 nights. This is a very clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of room for a family. The backyard is great for kids. Our host provided a beach pass so we could visit any of the town beaches, and our granddaughters enjoyed a morning at the beach. The house is close to the Cape Mall, grocery store and restaurants, so a very good location. I had only 1 small problem and our host was quick to...

“Great location”

“The property is gorgeous and inviting from the second you pull in the driveway to the inside of the house. The spacious, fenced in yard was a great feature when traveling with kids and pets. The pool and hot tub kept us entertained the whole vacation; we barely felt the need to leave the house!”

“Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower...

“Loved the sleeping accommodations in the downstairs. All my seven grandchildren were able to sleep together and had a great time. Also, the pool was beautiful.”
