“The location was very convenient. Easy drive to downtown Saco and Biddeford. As well as very quick access to the highway so Portland and other points are easy to get to. Ample parking.”

Add sura cheese with one of the lights, and the electric circuit breaker using the owner was incredibly responsive and fixed incredibly.I would recommend this place highly!”

“Charming property with a few quirks. We love character and this home had it: winding stairs, a gorgeous wooden banister and lovely beams in the kitchen ceiling. The provided set of dominos and stack of records were a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.”

“Great, renovated set of three units. The location was convenient along with the three parking spots. Window and mini split AC units worked well. The loft space and roof deck on the third floor was particularly nice for hanging out. The ice makers didn’t work and a couple other maintenance issues, but the owner said they would be fixing them. All in, a great space for our family of 11 to explore Portland. ”

“This place couldn't have gotten any better for our group. The location is a close to everything we wanted to do. The back yard was awesome with the patio, fire pit, grill sauna, and pocket pull. When we were at the house, we spent almost all of our time back there. The owner is very thoughtful on some of the things she had in the house as far as things a person might forget. She also had little bath supplies for kids available there, even tho we didn't have any kids with. All of the rooms...
