“This was our 2nd stay at the 8th Street Blues and we had a great time again! The common areas are cozy and we particularly love the game room. Check in/out was easy and the house is located nearby all our favorite places in La Crosse. ”

“This is such a cute home and the property is beautiful. Sometimes cute equals just ok, but not in this case. It's just so cute.The back porch is amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. The porch faces west, so we saw a couple of beautiful sunsets.There are some minor cosmetic issues, but nothing that detracted from us enjoying our stay.Would absolutely stay again.”

“Clean place and accommodate good numbers of people. Location is also strategic near La Crosse, but you can do fishing, hiking or other things. We are family of six visiting for Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe and a day at La Crosse had a good time.”

“The owner Paula was awesome! The house is comfortable, well taken care of, clean and has all the things you need. We stayed there for a bachelorette party and spent a lot of our time relaxing at the house playing games at the table and enjoying the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Only a 20 minute drive from downtown LaCrosse. It was too hot for a campfire during our visit but we would have utilized the covered fire pit if we could have! Very reasonably priced and great place. “My family had a wonderful time at this cabin on a small lake. The cabin was cozy with plenty of kitchen utilities we needed to prepare nice meals everyday. A rowboat and paddleboat were available to use. The lake was stocked with bass and sunfish with at least 3 small snapping turtles which are very interested in boats.”

“This charming rustic cabin is nestled deep in the woods, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The home is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with a variety of thoughtful amenities. Each evening, we relaxed around the firepit out front, a perfect way to end the day.The cabin sits beside a private, fish-stocked lake, ideal for hours of relaxing fishing. “After a day on the road,it was so nice to get to this big, beautiful house! My kids enjoyed exploring all of the rooms and seeing what the owners brought back from their travels. Beds were comfortable and checking in/out was easy. If we were in the area, I would stay here again!”
