“The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I...

“Great to have a centrally located house to use while in town for six nights. The manager was responsive. Very nice kitchen appliances, comfortable sofa. Sweet old house, felt lived in. Lots of decor, hence the forced insurance which I’ve never encountered before. Owners seem to be far right based on signs and decor.”
