“Poutine at the bar was outstanding.
Dinner not so good. We ordered Roast Beef, medium and medium rare. It was obvious the roast wasn’t a recent event as the underside was well done and the top side was approximate to our order. Obviously both pieces were reheated. Guess it worth asking when the roast took place. Day of the order or some time in the past”
“Very nice staff, the northern lights cafe was ok but wouldn’t plan for an actual meal. Clean in general BUT our bathroom clearly didn’t get finished, the tub was full of hair.”
“Very quiet and clean facility. Just 1 note, room 308, I suggest the broken shower bar be replaced or the hole sealed before water gets behind it and causes mold.”
“Hotellet ligger avskilt i vackra omgivningar vid slutet av vägen. Lugnt och fridfullt i de vackra White mountains. Vi startade med ett härligt bad i den uppvärmda poolen och pratade med trevliga människor i Jacuzzin.
Rummen var rena och bekväma, restaurangen trevlig och prisvärd, frukosten ingick och var god. Bra service. ”
“This is a great property. New owners are very nice and super accommodating, great breakfast and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back again.”
“We loved the property. It’s a beautiful spot. Breakfast was delicious. The stocked pantry is a nice touch especially the cookies. The one down side was our visit to the Alpine bar. I think it was understaffed. The bartender was responsible for making all the drinks plus taking food orders. As a result we waited quite a while to put in a food order. The service was not very good because of these issues. I realize he was overworked but an apology for the wait time would have been nice.”
