“We had issues with the room which took multiple conversations with the front desk and maintenance to fix- multiple apologies and excuses. In the end issues addressed. Kristen at the Front Desk was extremely helpful.
The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers'

“The Inn has a lovely setting and a wrap around porch that enables guests to enjoy the views and beautiful weather. We ate all our meals outside although there was also a very nice dining room. Highly recommend having meals at the Inn - the food was a step above your typical fine dining experience yet it wasn’t stuffy. “Property was great. Enjoyed a swim in Jackson falls which is within walking distance. Had an issue with the sofa bed in our room but the front desk staff provided us with a new room which we appreciated. The hotel is charming and we enjoyed dinner with our two teens in the tavern onsite and played tennis but the court did not look like it’s been used very much. Breakfast was perfect and staff is very good as well.”
