“The sheets and bed were clean. We had to clean the counters when we got there and the hot tub had some dirt in it but when I mentioned it to the staff they came and cleaned the hot tub. Besides that we had a great time and enjoyed the place”

“Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean...

“Property was destroyed damaged and disgusting. Looks like they have full time residents there in there lowest level. The smell is overwhelming of smoke even though the desk says no smoking. They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned and had bodily fluids everywhere. We got out of there quick, I was asked for pain killers by the hotel residents. Expedia was quick to refund us after some communication.”

“Such a lovely place. The owner and staff were wonderful, breakfast was great and accommodating to food allergies, the space was so relaxing with natural gardens and plenty of space to relax and listen to nature’s sounds. Especially loved all the extra touches of afternoon snacks available as needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area. And easy drive to downtown areas as well!”
