“Heater was out on the indoor pool. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel, so I was bummed. There was dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. My room was spotless as well as comfortable. There was no free breakfast”

“ The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night.”

“Clean room. Water was shut down in the morning and we did not have running water in the cabin. I would have appreciated it if they’ve notified me with this matter. ”

“Wonderful staff, ambience and exciting location! However, hotel appears a bit ‘tired’ in certain areas (part of lobby, dining/bar decor, bedrooms (mattresses need upgrading). Otherwise, good value for money overall. R”

“Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! ”

“Check in time was 3:00 p.m. we arrived at 5:15 and the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready after a half hour we got into a room. There was no hand towels or no kleenexes in the room there was cobwebs in corners and slang written on the ceiling. Also absolutely no coffee anywhere in the hotel. The lady at the front desk never got up off her chair, making you look over the front desk. I've worked at hotels and I feel that was very rude. Maybe I should say she was lazy. The hotel...

“Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Like the gym and the breakfast that is better than comparable hotels (but still ”fat” and boring, by European standards…). I’d say this is the best choice in the ”roadside chain hotels”-category because of it’s cleanliness and modern feeling.”

“Horrible room blood on the sheets big holes in wall bathroom door wouldn’t shut we couldn’t shower well the head had electrical tape around it ”

“Like a perfect cross between a nice hotel and your grandma's house. Very cozy, and everyone is super nice. The breakfast is WAY beyond your standard free breakfast, and there are tons of nice touches like snacks and cold drinks available in the dining room 24/7. It's an easy walk to great restaurants and breweries on the main-street strip.”
