“Had a hiccup with the airport shuttle but the front desk staff was very accommodating. Staff in hotel restaurant were less so, service was subpar at both meals. Enjoyed my dinner though! ”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
