“The side door was broken and had to walk all the way to back to our car. The hardboiled eggs need to be shelled . Too difficult and messy can't run under H2O.
Need to bring waffle machine back. Bagel bar no big deal. That was always there”

“Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in.
