“Cheerful and efficient front desk”

“Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.”

“I've stayed here two times in the last three years. Each time I had difficulty exiting the city-owned adjacent garage. Each time I had to leave the car and return to the hotel to enlist their help. Really stupid inept system. One time the hotel staff actually laughed in my face at my dilemma! During my most recent stay I spent far too much time attempting to find a working ice machine. First day there wasn't a single functioning machine on the floors so I had to traipse down to the lobby bar to...

“Nice safe neighborhood, plenty of eateries and shops. The front desk was neither cold or welcoming- very professional.The”free” parking is across a street that has no crosswalk only a roundabout. If the weather was bad it would have been very annoying. The other lot about a lock and a half- outdoors. Both are free for anyone to use- not just guests. Starbucks on site!”
