“Personal care was taken by the staff so we feel good and have a wonderful stay. Twinkle one of the lady working there made a special welcome for my son visiting India the first time. One more lady at the reception don’t the name made sure we had all we needed during check in n check out and even offered masala tea complimentary in the morning. It felt as we were home awesome fantastic people working at this property ”

“I booked a tween bed room but got a king bed one. It took us another 20 minutes or more and some tips to fix it agfter I arrived at mid-night. Another thing almost annoyed me that I booked a "hotel taxi" to the city cruise terminal through the hotel concierge but the driver, who could hardly understand English, sent me to the international airport instead. Because I paid three times higher price for the taxi booking the hotel concierge promised me there would be a luxury 6-seets car to pick up...

"The waiters served snacks and charged for it even though it wasn't ordered. The pool area was nice but a big cooling unit next to the pool made a lot of noice. There are better hotels nearby the airport, for example LaLit hotel."
