“We stayed here with a group of teenagers for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were fun to watch. We enjoyed the privacy so the kids could talk on the porches, and we loved the fact that the loft was full of beds, so nobody had to feel left out. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of tools and some spices. Plenty to do nearby, quick access to grocery stores and great hiking/swimming. We would stay again! ”

“The property was private and relaxing. It was also close to Frankin and Highlands, so day trips were easy. Even though we only spent a few days at the ranch, we left very relaxed. We will definitely be back.”

“First, my wife and I are very familiar with Lake Keowee and have owned a home up here & have also rented many lake K properties since the late 90s. This was a short trip for us in Sept. IMO, the months of September and October are the best time to visit this late. The crowds are gone but the water is still warm. Andrea and Ryan are excellent hosts. Everything was extremely clean and seemed fairly new. Great location on lake—close to a public boat launch, interesting sites on the lake and a very nice restaurant. Communication from the host was really good and helpful. Overall a great, relaxing vacation!”

“This property was casual and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding. It was close to the wedding, and the adorable downtown was convenient. There's a great coffee shop not far. It is an older home with updated flooring and furniture. It is comfortable and feels like when you visit grandparents in the country. We felt safe and enjoyed the walk to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and we also enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit. ”

“The Canopy was the perfect spot for my family this Summer. A hidden gem away from the hot, Summer sun but close enough to lots of adventures. My teenage kids, 14 (girl) and 17(boy) had a blast white water rafting, hiking around waterfalls, zip lining and touring the area. The hosts were the absolute sweetest and most accommodating we've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon! ”
