“This property exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and has the convenience of being so close to town. We’ll be back!”

“The house was just what we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I want to shout out the host for how well everything was labeled. It was easy to find what we needed. We had the utensils and pans we needed for the cooking we did. Having spices and butter available was a nice convenience.”

“The inside of the property was nice . Kitchen was fully functional. The outside of the property you couldn’t access due to risk of snakes. The grass was knee high , there were random dogs “big dogs “ from other properties that had to be recalled that roamed onto the property that potentially was a threat or risk of attack to my son and myself . This is an extremely remote location with no way to close the home from outside view except from curtains in the 2 rooms . I’ve stayed at a lot of remote...

“Planning was super simple and the host is very responsive!”

“We had such a great time! The house was perfect for our families. Very roomy and comfortable. All of our needs were met. We rented a boat which we ventured on daily. We suggest doing that. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and arcade games. The owners were responsive 100% of the time with any issues we encountered which were minimal. FYI it is a steep walk down to the dock and back up. We had no problem but we could see circumstances where it could pose a challenge. Most of the houses we saw...

“We had a great stay and all agreed it was an incredible week (ages 1-69.) The house was clean and well maintained, the amenities were terrific, very easy check in and check out, and we had great communication with the host. The lake view is beautiful and it is an easy walk down to the dock. One child said the place was better than Disney World.”

“Had a great experience! House is bigger than the pictures do justice. Great host, with great communication. If i had to critique anything there was only 2 tvs in the whole house that appeared to work, but we weren't there to really watch TV so no biggie. Can't recommend enough to anyone wanting a big super private property to there family. Would absolutely stay again!”

“The house was beautiful and homey, and was lovely to stay in! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful and we had a great time working with them! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.”

“Our family enjoyed a peaceful and perfect weekend at Southern Comfort Cove! Lindsay is an incredible host and every detail was covered. Beautiful view, comfortable home, great communication, and all the amenities we needed and them some. I highly recommend this vacation paradise and will definitely book again!”

“Great fun experiencing a shipping container conversion!”
