“Beautiful area, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, nice clean house”

“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We had an enjoyable long holiday weekend at Sakonnet Sunset Manor. Stacy and Mario are great hosts and very responsive. Great location. The home is very well appointed, with lots of amenities (including beach chairs and beach cart!) The pool area provides a great place to relax and enjoy. The front porch and views of the sunset over the water was a great way to end the day! ”

“We had a super July 4th long weekend with our family of 8. Pictures are accurate, fabulous fenced in yard and excellent host response! 6 min from Sachuest beach and 12min from downtown Newport. Sweet Berry Farms and Custom House coffee are must!”

“Perfect location and gorgeous views from the walk out patio. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor space and the convenience of being on the bike path, next to a restaurant and ice cream shop! We would have enjoyed more comfortable seating, a larger table for our family and a TV for the kids. Can't beat the location and the incredible views!! ”
