“Everything was nice and clean ”

“Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) ”

“No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy....

“This is a hidden gem, off the beaten path, yet accessible to all the splendors of this beautiful area. The home is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen offers the opportunity to cook all meals comfortably if wanted. The fire pit is a definite bonus.”

“Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

“Our family enjoyed staying at this rental house, which was near Newport Beach House, for a wedding. It is a beautiful house with water views and well stocked. It was great having a bathroom for every bedroom. There was plenty of parking space and a nice yard for a litlle throwing of the football. We would recommend it to anyone.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless from communication prior to arrival, check-in, and check-out. The team at STAY Newport was super responsive, though there wasn't much we needed, since the cottage was just as we expected and even better! Lots of room for our girls' trip and super close proximity to walk down to the beach. We were there in May, so it wasn’t quite beach season, but still ventured down for a walk, and it was an easy ride into downtown (less than 10 minutes). ...

“We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. We reached out to the host about the discrepancy and were told the listing would be updated, but that did not help our...
