“The breakfast and the African American lady assisting during breakfast , I can’t remember her name , were absolutely awesome. She was very professional, caring, neat, and welcoming. My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home...

“The building was nice, rooms were a good size and comfortable, WiFi was what you would expect. The gym was nice, enough freeweights. Breakfast was great if slow, I would look elsewhere for dinner. Also had one elevator out of commission, so dinner being lacking and the elevator are the reason for the star lost. Staff was amazing though, super friendly”

“The staff were friendly and truly the hotel is well maintained in the lobby areas. However my second bed had orange residue on all sheets, as if the sheets were not changed. A black dead roach popped out of the same sheets. Being quite frank, the beds were so uncomfortable and hard. My husband and I both woke up with hurting spines. Breakfast was also very selective, however the lobby was very busy and a bit disorganized to get served. ”
