“Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”

“Clean room with a refrigerator and dishwasher in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, though a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have made the experience even better. Breakfast and the overall breakfast service could use some improvement.”

“"When we arrived, the room was indeed clean. However, we stayed for a week and they didn't change the sheets even once. On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed. The floor smelled like marijuana even though it was a non-smoking floor; nevertheless, despite our complaints, they did nothing, and the smell drifted into the other rooms. Our...
