What a cool spot!
The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds.
Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone.
A couple of things which werenât 100% is that the top bunk wasnât prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that!

âWe were fortunate to get a deal which was affordable and convenient for us. We were in a 2-4 bed room which was comfy and met our general needs. The property is quite old and you get what you pay for. I would still stay as it is very close to Harbour Town and was easy to locate. If you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep while you are visiting the GC and enjoying the sites then this is a reasonable place to stay.â
âThe decor and setup of the studios was very restful, with everything needed for a great stay overnight. Fantastic view to the Gold Coast, both day and night. Plenty of choice for buffet breakfast, sitting out on the deck. Jess and her husband were amazing hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. â

âCheck in was a breeze, parking is available for $20 a night,. There are number restaurants plus a supermarket nearby. The room is brilliant - get the ocean view with a balcony room. Great place for walks nearby to walk off that big dinner. Loved it!â
âResort facilities were rather dated. Parking limited. Staff and service were excellent in both hotel and resort restaurants. Pool temperature was warm and relaxing. Lifeguards on duty were extremely attentive and professional.â

âThe food was amazing with lots of gluten free and vegetarian options that cost a lot less than a lot of cafe's. The Victorian Suite was spacious, charming and had thick walls so I could play my guitar at night without disturbing anyone. The four-poster bed was very comfortable and I slept like a faery princess! â
âI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Imperial Hotel. Staff are wonderful along with the food and entertainment. The room was spacious, relaxing, immaculate and was meticulously clean. Iâd recommend the Imperial Hotel to anyone and I will be returning.â
