We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "

"The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. "The boat was a great, fun stay in London. A few minutes walk from Kew bridge station and the buses to get around London, yet lovely and quiet. Perfect to be able to walk across the bridge into Kew. Spiders on the wall, bed bugs on the mattresses, toilets filthy, disgusting, ran down like a crack house, trap house, blankets with piss stains on them, broken chandelier, miscellaneous old broken down furniture, broken water heater laying at the front entry door of room, odor blankets that never been wash, scary, and should be ban from Expedia as an partner.
