“We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again.”

“Here is a polished English review: We had stayed at this hotel five times before, but this time we did not encounter the same friendly and helpful staff we had experienced during our previous stays. Although I explained the missing items and maintenance issues in our room, only one of them was fixed. “Great rooms, very spacious. Very clean establishment. My only gripe qas the water in the pool was cold. This will definitely be my go to hotel when I'm in the area.”

“First the positive: the staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned, the wifi worked well. Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want. “Pool was overcrowded and a lot of the adults were drinking”

“Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. ”
