“Comfortable stay. Unit was very quiet. Area is new so lots of construction close by. With the AC running in the rest of the house (most of the day) it made the unit cold. There was no way to control the temperature in the unit. Would have been great to have a side table with a lamp in the bedroom I slept in. Gravel walkway at the side of the house to access the unit. Need to be careful walking on the loose gravel. Overall stay was excellent. ”

“Place was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host had everything we needed for our stay and communication was prompt. Would visit again.”

“It was an alright night away. Place was fairly clean, newer Reno for sure with some smaller kinks to be worked out. No wifi instructions and noises in the morning with occupants of the other side of the house. Neat spot for a little getaway for the night.”

“Nice house and great location . However , I recieved an up charge for cleaning fee before my stay started, wasn’t the cleanest, and lacked basic supplies you’d expect a rental unit to have . The host also chose to not reply/ return any of my messages or calls”

“Extremely disappointed. Stayed here back in January and had a great experience. However, this time when I arrived around 10:30pm the door was locked. Knocked but no answer. Messaged but no answer. Phoned several times but no answer. I knew they had children so was reluctant to ring the doorbell to the main house but finally did, twice. No answer. Ended up having to find a hotel room kind of nearby. The next morning the host apologized and mentioned something about calendars not syncing. He...
