“The staff were extremely pleasant to interact with. Our room was clean when we arrived & we had zero issues. Parking is $30, which is not fantastic, but we knew that when we booked! ”

“The staff was great , clean and comfortable but unfortunately very noisy! Nothing they can do about it , there’s a train track right in front of it and the train noises were all night long, not ideal for travelers that really need some rest before hitting the road! ”

“Staff at check-in was having computer issues, but they handled it well and got the small line that had formed checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. There is WiFi I just don’t use it. There is breakfast but we chose to sleep in and did not go down. ”

“Don’t know why everyone is so impressed with this hotel. It’s average but clean (not the carpet in the room though). The bathroom is large but water pressure bad. Staff is friendly but the worst part is the constant noise from the freeway and especially between rooms. If you stay towards the weekend people will be stomping and screaming half the night. The dark roast coffee at breakfast was absolutely fantastic though. ”

Based on our travel schedule, we almost missed out on a fully paid nonrefundable reservation. This information should be shared in the hotel information section in hotels.com. ”

“The breakfast was better than expected I really enjoyed the homemade biscuits. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Karen was full of energy and recommendations. The staff constantly cleaned the property during our entire stay and were accommodating. The a/c worked the entire stay and didn’t auto adjust during the early hours of the morning like most hotels do. The pool was clean and well maintained. ”
