Paradise vid sjön

Njut av det här vackra hemmet vid sjön i ett lugnt avskilt samhälle! Den sandiga (eller snöiga) stranden och lekplatsen ligger bara några steg från vårt däck. Interiören är vackert inredda, sängarna har bekväma madrasser, och köket är välfylldt för dina matlagningsarbeten. Vi har höghastighetsinternet, två TV-apparater med stor skärm, en Xbox och ett biljardbord för din underhållning. Vi är bekvämt beläget nära två stora motorvägar och ligger 10 minuter från Jack Frost skidort.

Kök
Inkluderar spis och sortiment, diskmaskin, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, kaffebönor och elektrisk bönkvarn, vattenkokare, instapot, brödrost. Kaffebryggaren tar malt kaffe.
Skåpen är fyllda med tallrikar, serveringsskålar, redskap, grytor och kokkärl, salt, matolja. Vi erbjuder även pappershanddukar och tvätt tvål.

Vardagsrum: Två soffor, 65 "TV smart TV med XBox och Netflix ansluten.

Matsal: Stort bord och öppen spis.
Biljardbord: Innehåller biljardbord, signaler och bollar.

Underhållning:
TV: Livingroom 65 "TV, Master bedroom 55" och inkluderar Netflix- och HBO-strömningskonton. Det finns också tillgång till live-tv från Samsung. Gästerna är också välkomna att logga in på sin egen Hulu, Showtime eller andra plattformar på enheten.

Biljardbord: Det finns ett biljardbord i ett separat rum.

Xbox: levereras med en controller och innehåller följande spel: Fortnite, Sea of Thieves, Minecraft. Spel finns på systemet. Gästerna kan också ladda ner ytterligare spel eller logga in på sitt eget konto.

badrum:
Det finns två badrum och ett halvt badrum. Halva badet ligger på nedervåningen, och de två kompletta badrummen på övervåningen. Alla duschar inkluderar kroppstvätt, flytande handtvål, schampo och balsam samt toalettpapper.

Grill: Vi har en grill på uteplatsen. Vi har en propanbehållare som vi försöker hålla full, men ibland tar den slut. Du kan få den fylld på en bensinstation i närheten.

Uppvärmning: Vi har centralvärme som styrs av huvudtermostaten mellan vardagsrummet och köket. Vi erbjuder också rymdvärmare i varje sovrum, om någon gillar det varmt.

Kylning: Vi har central luft under sommarmånaderna, även om de sällan behövs, med tanke på den svala Poconos-brisen.

    Hickory Run State Park
    2 min med bil - 3.2 km
  • This is one of my favorite hiking trails! It consists of 3 big waterfalls as you ascend to the top. Be cautious though you need real hiking boots to hike the trail. It’s extremely slippery because of the waterfalls and we went on a day where it rained so it was even worse. Most people make their way up the side of the waterfalls, which involves a lot of climbing on rocks and using your hands. It gets very crowded so we went up the "flatter" trail most people use to go down, which made for a really good work out, and started from the top waterfall and made our way down. This is not a kid friendly place. The trail is dangerous and difficult. There were warning signs everywhere saying to wear the correct shoes and that people have died here, but there were so many people there with their small children who were having lots of trouble climbing and so many people with flip flops. Also no one here had any hiking etiquette about letting others pass. Regardless, this is one of my favorite trails.

The house was located in a perfect location just as advertised. The host was nice enough to accommodate my four dogs which I was thankful for. My family as much as the dogs enjoyed the home, hammock, lake, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, but most of all the deck. There is something to do for all ages. My son enjoyed fishing from the trails. I personally enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck. The neighbors were nice. It was a perfect mini vacation to reset from the busy daily worklife. A very peaceful, safe, and clean neighborhood. I will definitely stay again.

The property looked as pictured. Kitchen has a decent amount of items needed for an extended stay. Bring your own can opener if that's something you would need during your stay. If you plan to stay in this lake house and want to utilize the lake, this is not the property for you. Once we were there we were informed that renters are not permitted to use the lake. No kayaking or canoeing allowed. This information has been conveniently overlooked in several places of the property description.

What a view!

We stayed in this home for a week in June and had a wonderful time. It had all the comforts of being at home and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the deck but unfortunately only was able to use it a couple of days since it rained most of the week. Great communication from owners. Hot tub was awesome.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat

Came here for Spring break with my parents, my husband and my kids and the location was excellent. The kids loved having the playground right behind the house and there were some very nice paths to walk around the two lakes. Check-in was very streamlined and Igor was extremely responsive and they provided very thorough instructions. My father has limited mobility and the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for his needs and he was still able to enjoy the view from the lake from the house and the backporch. House was just as it was listed with linens, towels and plenty of toilet paper provided! However like others mentioned it would be good to bring a few more of your own towels if everyone is planning on going to the beach or using the hot tub. That being said the double washers/dryers were super convenient to have! Overall we had a lovely trip and would recommend this house because of its lakeside locale!

Lake House retreat

Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. Only one communal TV, the other TV was in the master bedroom. We would book again now that we know what to expect.

Family Weekend Fun

We had 3 families in the house. The house came with lots of supplies, which is nice. The pond and beach were very nice. We enjoyed all the amenities this house has to offer. Shaded basketball court, playground, baseball field, etc. This property is in a great location.

Fantastic Lake House Stay

Spent a long weekend here for my best friend's bachelorette with 11 girls. This house was perfect for our group! AC worked well, beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. You cannot beat the distance to the lake, which had a nice beach, chairs, and the floating docks were fun! Igor was always available for any help we needed. The only thing I suggest is bringing your own beach towels as there aren't any provided, but the double washer/dryer combo was helpful with cleaning our towels often!

great setting for laid back vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the property is especially good for kids as there is a small playground and the sandy beach and lake were enjoyed by all. The house does have a cottage-y feel and is not totally updated but we were comfortable and it was very clean.

Winter Ski Weekend

Great location and property! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive as we prepared for our visit. The outside is TOP NOTCH! Our young children loved having a large open space to run around, a park in eyesight from the house as well as beach access! The inside was larger than it appeared in pictures and easily accommodated our family. Great location to ski resorts and an Indoor Water park for a wonderful winter weekend! Highly recommend it.

Snow Tubing Fun

The stay was amazing, our family stayed with 4 other teens and we had a blast. Getting to the hot tub was cold in the winter, so bring stuff to go downstairs and outside. The new shower was amazing, the shower in the masterbed room is small. We brought an extra TV there is only a tv in the living room and master bedroom. Tons of toilet paper, but could use a few more towels with the hot tub. The dinner room table was big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy. The pool table was on the smaller side which is fine to fit the room but difficult to play.

Weekend getaway

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed a quiet relaxing weekend getaway. The house was perfect and the yard made it a huge hit for the kids! We enjoyed a hike, wiffle ball games and played pool all weekend long. Thank you to the hosts for a fantastic trip. We will definitely return!
