We had read reviews that mentioned the train which was good to know ahead of time. I made two casseroles to take to a brunch and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. “This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. A high chair or booster and or pack n play to use would have been a bonus, but we...

“We rented this cute little house for my family and a few of our friends for a softball tournament. The owners were great with communicating with us and the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I wish there had been a baby gate for the stairs, it’s a tri level so there was two small sets of stairs and it would have been great to have a way to block it off. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!”
