“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.”

“We had a great time here! Cozy and super pet friends but clearly they clean after each pet because no traces! Three coffee machines to choose fro, hot water and comfy beds. Perfect for a weekend mountain getaway!”

“We spent one night at this a frame. Very cozy in a natural setting. Owner very easy to talk to and pleasant. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the sun. Easy walk to a brook and lake.”

“Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!”

“We loved this little cabin. Nice and clean with plenty of space and nicely equipped for 5 people to spend some time together and enjoy mountain area exploration . Would be great spot for people who love to ski as the ski areas are very close. We checked out local points of interest and downtown Littleton. Went over to North Conway for a day to hike and shop. Sat out on the lovely screen porch and watched the stars. Looking forward to coming again for a longer stay to do more in the area.”

“Our group was able to enjoy each other's company due to us being able to cook using the functional kitchen and sit by the fireplace. It was cozy, yet spacious enough that everyone had some room to themselves.”

We had a great time teaching the kids to play pool in the game room. The location was great for easy access to I-93, skiing, and hiking. I definitely recommend it!”

“This property is located across from loon mountain. There was plenty of parking and lots of stuff to do around town. Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. In the main building there was an excellent pool, spa, hot tub, game room, and gym!”

“Absolutely gorgeous, clean, comfortable, luxury (for me) hotel. Every detail of this place was just perfect. The bed, the linens, fireplace, kitchen, TWO bathrooms, and the best jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is an early check out time compared to other places in the area (10am.) ”
