“Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out...

“When I needed ice for my knees after a day of hiking, the manager sent his son home to get some since there wasn't a machine on the property. That's customer service.”

“Rooms to hot”

“Front desk called to confirm my arrival time. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and well kept but outdated. There is a swimming pool (closing at 9pm) and a pool table. Breakfast was average. The only actual downside was the thin walls. I could hear the guest in the next room snore.”

“Ithe only issue I had was the remote to the TV did not work. I called he said ten mins,ten mins turned into a hour. They finally called my room to tell me the maintenance was not answering and I had to change the TV by pushing the channel button on the TV. ”

“This property is located across from loon mountain. There was plenty of parking and lots of stuff to do around town. Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. In the main building there was an excellent pool, spa, hot tub, game room, and gym!”

“Absolutely gorgeous, clean, comfortable, luxury (for me) hotel. Every detail of this place was just perfect. The bed, the linens, fireplace, kitchen, TWO bathrooms, and the best jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is an early check out time compared to other places in the area (10am.) ”

“We could not have asked for a better experience. Went with a group of 5 for the eclipse and it was spectacular. Spotless and gorgeous cabin. Room for all and to spare. The view of the water, breathtaking. Went for a great 4 mile run in the morning. Bobbi Sue made the whole trip. Fantastic communication and we wanted for nothing . Cannot wait to come back!!!! ”
