“Lady checking us in was rude and so was the lady attending to the breakfast who had a major attitude towards us for no reason. Otherwise the place was decent nothing special. ”

“Good selection at breakfast. Lots of room to park. Staff was helpful in suggesting a nearby restaurant.”

“Clean room, shower has great water pressure, breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, sausage gravy, all the good stuff. This was my second stay, I think it will be the place I stay whenever I visit Butte in the future. ”

“When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....

“I would not recommend staying at this property. While the facilities were clean and the front desk staff was friendly, we were charged again for our stay after paying in full through Expedia. I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. ”
