“The lamp in the bathroom did not work. Very few lamps in room in general. Desk staff wanted to take the table lamp from the bedside and put in small bathroom. He said no one could fix until next day. Did not accept. He said he should talk to manager and left. No other rooms he said. We went down with all luggage. Said we wanted to cancel and book another hotel as was late and we wanted to go and eat. Then he said a man is coming to change the lamp. He did not seem to understand (or did not want...

“The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.”

“The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price.”

“Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby”

“It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit.”

“It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good”

“Trevligt hotell och bra beläget med närhet till affärer, restauranger och motorväg. Perfekt för resa i området eller vid genomresa.”

“There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...

“Awful in every possible way. Never, ever again. Even if a place is worn down it can be clean, this room was not. Wonder of the sheets had been cleaned between guests. Gap between door and wall. Felt like one of those places in horror movies where only one person comes out alive. But cudos to the photografer who managed to make it look decent. ”

“There's a specific room that I go to every single time, and the head of the bed frame faces towards where the sun rises and the moon rises. I get amazing rest with positive dreams i believe 100% if you're looking for an affordable place this is a good place to get rest, You have many restaurants and places to go to nearby and lovely attractions like Elk River Falls. I am a non-smoker but this place does have smoking rooms as well as pet friendly.”
