The aircon just needs to be pushed on the on button usually and it is already then preset on the snowflake symbol (cooling), it is a fairly new system. If a previous guest changed it to another mode, then we are sorry, but we are glad we were able to assist you on your arrival day to set it to cooling. We are always here when needed so don't ever hesitate to contact us. The pool towels come from a professional laundry from the mainland, and we have never had any issues with them. Apologies and of the team did note you were given new ones same day. There is always usually hand soap and bars of soap in the bathrooms.
