“It is a lovely place, the staff is amazing. Very friendly and service minded. The breakfast was delicious!
But, the room is very cold, only kne radiator for multiple rooms, old windows letting in all the cold. Worst was that there were no heating or power outlets in the bathroom. Super cold! And a very big spider lived there...
I ate dinner one evening at the mansion, it was not worth the money. Minute steak and some fries for 20 pounds. Took 5 seconds to eat. No taste. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Walhampton Arms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient with assisting in our requests. This is a great place to stay to experience the local town. You get the perks that come with staying in a hotel balanced with the “mom and pop” feel associated with B&Bs. We will be looking to stay at their sister locations for our next city break! ”

“Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you.
Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .”

“Really lovely stay in this delightful hotel. All the staff that we came across were so great and really made a difference to our experience. Rene on reception ( so helpful), the American lady at the bar (fantastic) and the lovely lady serving breakfast ( so personable and helpful).
Our room was in the newer block, very spacious, clean with a great bed.
Thank you all for a lovely stay. We will be back.”
