“It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again.”

“The staff were super friendly and helpful with our late arrival and were quick to replace the coffee pot when we couldn’t get it to work. The small cottage was perfect for the two of us. The place gave you a small town vibe that was relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.”

“the room was clean but we had purchased a double bed room and we only had 1 bed. the room did not have a microwave. There was one at the end of the hall for everyone to use. Pretty disgusting. The refrigerator was not working properly as it froze everything I put in it. The room was definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to stay.”
