“Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The beautiful setting and old grand building were a beautiful site as we arrived. Staff are very helpful in booking reservations ahead of our arrival. Bathroom was fantastic in the family suite with big soaking tub and jets. “The service at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The same was not so for the steak house.”

“A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

“Probably a fine stay 10/12 months of the year. We had the misfortune of being here during a July heat wave and there was no AC, fan, fridge or any other comfort to keep us cool. Window opens only a crack. Farther from town than expected - you need to drive in for sure. Breakfast was not early enough for us to take advantage and communication that it was included (?) was not made during check in. However rooms were clean and staff was friendly.”
