“When we arrived our room had a lot of carpet beetles in our room on the main floor. We went to the front desk and Vince was great about helping us. We got rooms on another floor that were bug free and very clean. I don’t feel the beetles were due to uncleanliness, just one of those AZ things. Again, Vince was amazing and did a great job to help us.”

“The hotel is brand new and everything is spick and span. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, we slept great. The one thing that surprise me was the number of electrical outlets. All the hotels we have been to never have outlets available. Wonderful place, we will be back.”

“For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about. Same cereal everyday and some sort of cold...
