““I regularly use this app to book hotel rooms, and I usually have good experiences. However, the last hotel room I booked was terrible. I didn’t even stay there that night because there was dirt, dust, and food crumbs under the bed. I had to leave immediately. I’d like to file a complaint about this.””

“This hotel was horrible! Never even cleaned the room then gave us another room and it wasn’t very kept up. The online pics look way different. They wouldn’t refund my money after they know they were wrong. Ended up leaving and finding another hotel.”

“We stayed in one of their two bedroom apartments around the motel. It was well furnished and included basic kitchen amenities. Rooms were good size and with comfortable beds. Waking distance to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants. We did not use the pool but it seemed clean. Bit on the pricey side compared to others but well worth it.”

“I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I booked this hotel through Expedia for my family of four because I specifically needed a room with two double beds. After an issue with my initial payment, the hotel insisted I had booked one of their tiny “A” rooms with only one double bed. I strongly believe my reservation was changed during the payment issue because I would never intentionally book a single bed for four people. The staff placed us in a room with two beds for the first night...

“The only thing comfortable was the bed. The room smelled horrible, the water was warm never hot. I feel like the website pictures are very misleading. No one came to clean the room and change the trash. The property manager very very nice and friendly.”

“The Lobby was locked at 6:00 pm. After a long hot day, there was nobody to check us in. Carrying luggage and pizza, I called the “emergency number”. The guy that answered could not help but promised to find “Zeke”. Finally shows up (no apology), checks us in and off we go. The elevator was grossly maintained. Trash in the lobby. The room was just awful. It did smell good, but oh yuck. I apologized to my family. Dirt, old OLD furniture, the loudest air conditioner I’ve ever witnessed. The towels...
