“Great spacious rooms! I had no idea I was getting a full kitchen so that was a pleasant surprise. The area is ideal for exploring the city by foot/bike along the river. Dough zone just around the corner is an amazing restaurant! I had to go back for a second meal, I was surprised how affordable it was! Hotel breakfast was great also. Not sure I'd stay anywhere else after that experience.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were in a secondary building overlooking the street, not looking over the ocean. We were under the impression we would have an ocean view and would not have stayed there if we knew where we would be staying. We moved to the main Building the second night which was quite pleasant. ”

“Excellent location and far enough from the promenade turn around to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and so were all the team that keep the Hotel in operation. The only issue we had was the shower door allowed water to pool outside of it and onto the floor. Bedding and pillows were amazing as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room however never used it so we are not sure how that all works in operation to give a rating on that. Overall a great stay!!!”

“We stayed at River Inn as part of a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was a good-size and the beds are comfortable. Appreciated the free breakfast, free afternoon cookies in the lobby and the refrigerator in the room. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the beach and the Broadway shops/restaurants on both sides of the river. Friendly staff at check in & check out. The elevator and carpet could use an upgrade, but no real complaints.”

“Stayed for six nights and didn’t have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened. Front desk staff was rude and also “forgot” to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight. When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. ”
