âFantastiv stay, easy key system with a code U received via email. The flat was spacious adn super clean. Extra plus with a washing machine and fully equipmented kitchen. Supermarket, coffe shops,resurants and pubs close by. Short walking distance of 5 minutes for both, bus,underground. Higly recommend it. â

âWe did like the closeness to train and underground. The building is quite worn down but the room was clean. But the bed was not for people over 180cm. You hear clearly people in the hall, but the area was totally quiet at night. We made use of the amenities in the kitchen, which was appreciated.â
âWhile a bit off from central London(though having the 18 bus just outside was perfect for when walking to the Underground wasnât a vibe), it was an amazing stay. I noticed that they had cleaned my room after coming back from long days out on the town, which was appreciated!
The room itself looked fantastic, a bit on the darker side, but there was plenty of light options.
Overall Iâm very satisfied with my stay, the little contact I had with the staff was pleasant and I really liked it there.â

"Very impressed with Ruby Zoe Hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe at the hotel and in the area. The hotel was located just outside of the most touristy city center so it was calm but easy and quick to get to all parts of the city.
Easy check in (self check in but staff available to help) and the room was exactly like the pictures. The bed was amazing, so comfortable and the bedding really made it the most comfortable bed Iâve had in a hotel (quite soft bed for reference).
I opted out of cleaning during my three night stay as it didnât feel necessary (got a voucher to the bar as thanks) but the room was very well cleaned when I arrived so that was not a problem at all. The only thing I could say was that the bathroom smelt a little bit moist. Nothing that I worried about, just mildly noticeable when going into the bathroom. No smell in the rest of the room though!
I had some problem with the pump on the soap, but I asked the reception if they could look at it on my way out for the day and when I returned it was fixed. Very pleased with the customer service of the hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at the Ruby Zoe Hotel in Notting hill and I will definitely come back again in the future!"
