âWe were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the apartment. There was plenty of space and the two bathrooms were a major convenience. We would have appreciated if all the beds had sheets on them- we had to get the sheets from the closet and make the beds ourselves. But other than that, we were very pleased and would recommend the stay, especially to anyone attending an event at Wembley. It is literally a stone's throw away from the stadium.â
âThe hotell was nice and the staff was helpfull. We also got a great suprise with our room since the bathroom was huge with a big bath. The hotell is abit far from the subway but a buss goes by. â

âTrevlig personal som fixade sĂ„ vi kunde checka in tidigare genom att ge oss en annan rumstyp fast med samma sĂ€ng-storlek. Rummen var frĂ€scha och bra standard för England. Frukosten var dock att önska mer av men hade de mest basala man behöver. Fanns mat att köpa frĂ„n restaurangen 24/7 vilket var uppskattat! â
âWhile a bit off from central London(though having the 18 bus just outside was perfect for when walking to the Underground wasnât a vibe), it was an amazing stay. I noticed that they had cleaned my room after coming back from long days out on the town, which was appreciated!
The room itself looked fantastic, a bit on the darker side, but there was plenty of light options.
Overall Iâm very satisfied with my stay, the little contact I had with the staff was pleasant and I really liked it there.â

LĂ€get var bra, enkelt att ta tunnelbanan in till London, tog ca 20-30 min beroende pĂ„ var du ska. Mycket nĂ€ra hotellet fanns designer outletbutiker som hade mycket bra priser. â

"Bra hotel om du bara behöver nÄgonstans att sova"
"Very impressed with Ruby Zoe Hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe at the hotel and in the area. The hotel was located just outside of the most touristy city center so it was calm but easy and quick to get to all parts of the city.
Easy check in (self check in but staff available to help) and the room was exactly like the pictures. The bed was amazing, so comfortable and the bedding really made it the most comfortable bed Iâve had in a hotel (quite soft bed for reference).
I opted out of cleaning during my three night stay as it didnât feel necessary (got a voucher to the bar as thanks) but the room was very well cleaned when I arrived so that was not a problem at all. The only thing I could say was that the bathroom smelt a little bit moist. Nothing that I worried about, just mildly noticeable when going into the bathroom. No smell in the rest of the room though!
I had some problem with the pump on the soap, but I asked the reception if they could look at it on my way out for the day and when I returned it was fixed. Very pleased with the customer service of the hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at the Ruby Zoe Hotel in Notting hill and I will definitely come back again in the future!"
