“The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.”

“Near Grand Canyon National Park, we were not finding lodging options that would give you more than a basic hotel room without breaking the bank. Then we found the Tiny Homes. They weren't unreasonably expensive, but we had space for my kids to each have their own bed and for my wife and I to have our own space, too. The kitchen, while Spartan, was a money saver. Overall, when we visit again, we'll stay here again.”

“I thought this would be a great option for my annual group hike from the north rim to south rim. I REALLY needed this place for my south side accommodations so booked it in May. Of course this year the traffic Dragon Bravo fire burned up much of the park on the north side and it was closed. I was hopng it would reopen for the hike but it didn't so i needed to cancel the trip (everyone was coming in from out of town to do the iconic R2R hike). In late August i texted through VRBO chat to cancel. ...

“Well…we were only given one towel per person for 5 days. We could request more but they don’t respond to texts. We reached out to host via text per their request to speak to them about some issues we had and wanted to address but never received any communication from the host. So although it was clean and met our basic needs, for the price point I expected better communication.”
