“We are a group of four adult cousins (40-50’s) who stayed here as a base camp for a long weekend adventure in Flagstaff and Prescott areas. The house was perfectly suited to our needs with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and common areas for family time. The house was clean with comfy beds and furniture. “This place was just what we needed. This was the last stay of our National Park loop and it could not have been any more perfect. There was plenty of room, and the pictures don’t show it, but there is an extra twin sized trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, spices and other basics. You could tell the place is going through some updates still, like touch up areas. But all-in-all the towels, furnishings, and extras all look brand new. Only hiccup I had when...

“It was down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere BUT it was very comfortable and clean and my adult children, their friends and I, absolutely LOVED it!”

“The property was modern and very clean. The house design is very comfortable. We would stay here again during a future trip. The only inconveniences were the lack of dish soap for washing dishes, and the HVAC system did not respond quickly enough to thermostat adjustments. Furthermore, one neighbor was playing loud music late during one evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay. ”

We needed an early check in and Carissa was very accommodating While we were there we enjoyed the BBQ Grill and lounge chairs, fire pit and the Hot Tub. This place is set up with games and other relaxing spots in the back we did not get a chance to enjoy This cabin was in a great location and the little town was so peaceful We brought our UTVs and the forest was wonderful to explore We will definitely be back”

“We had a wonderful stay here for our wedding weekend! I love that the house had everything we needed and lots of space. The only thing I would say is it could use a deep clean and maybe something to get rid of the spiders in the lower level. Overall great experience!”
