“The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. “The guest house was absolutely gorgeous. My only suggestion would be in the details to put that it’s there is no standalone oven. It’s an air fryer and a hot plate. We got our dinner done how to operate this equipmentAlso, another suggestion we couldn’t sit outside by the guest house because the mosquitoes were thick and we were eaten up quickly. You might wanna contact pest control company and have all those bushes sprayed.”

“My sister and I stayed a week, it was close to many things, nice place to stay. It was clean, the only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was one on the property. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. “We had a very nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, the unit was extremely clean and comfortable. I should have read the listing more closely to understand that there is no kitchenette, but we made do without. There is a refrigerator and microwave on premise. Parking was so easy, and we'd definitely stay here again!”

“We loved this place. Angel and Nancy have provided everything you might need during your stay. So nice arriving and finding all the toiletries and paper goods you may need. Also a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and plenty of spices! Great pans for making breakfast.
