“This site was very nice for us during our stay. Although we had a few issues with the unit, the staff were quick to respond, and did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one. ”

“The location was great. Beautiful Views. Literally minutes from downtown Williams. Parking was tight when the lot was full. We arrived after dark and the lighting was dim and the signage was hidden with the cars in a full parking lot which made it difficult to know where to go...there is no access to a kitchen nor an in room refrigerator nor an in room microwave which was disappointing. We had to go buy a cooler and ice from the local dollar general and had no way to heat up our leftovers after...

“Couldn't stay because there was no heat. Fireplace not operating. No one available to fix by the time property manager responded to calls for help. Temps due to fall into mid 30s that night, making property uninhabitable. Had to leave and find alternative place to stay. Fortunately, property mgr agreed to refund our money. ”
