“We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation. ”

“We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...

“Beautiful Beautiful ”

“This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk...
