Hotell nära Williamsburg

“Ett underbart hotell i anslutning till vingården och härliga omgivningar. Vänlig personal och förstklassig service. Det rum vi valt (Venetian suite) var precis så fint som vi hoppades. Vi var där under lågsäsong så öppettider på restaurang och bar var begränsade, fullt förståeligt, då vi var få hotellet. Vi återkommer gärna och rekommenderar varmt!”

“They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained.”

“Vackert designade byggnader. Fint nyrenoverat rum, tyst luftkonditionering dom man lätt kunde ha på nattetid, tre olika pooler och shuttle till stadskärnan. Det enda tråkiga var att vi inte gick rummet vi hade bokat, utan ett enklare. Detta kompenserade hotellet genom att ge oss valfri tillgodo såsom parkering/ frukost eller i vårt fall presentkort i hotellets affär. Detta debiterades tyvärr vårt resesällskaps rum. ”

“It is surprise Double Tree has such a shabby building in Williamsburg. The noice of AC in the room is huge, you basically feel thunderstorm the whole night, I literally was thinking it was heavy raining for the whole night. And about the clean room, you barely feel someone is cleaned anywhere of the room. The check out line in the morning is long and they only have one staff at front desk for all customers, so you have to wait for very long time, horrible place. Breakfast is not covered, they...

“This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs...
