“Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...

All three were not clean upon arrival: a dried blood stain on one pillowcase, makeup stains on the linens, and dirt, sand, and hair, both short and long, across every bed.
