This beautiful cozy home highlights a spectacular game room including arcade machine with 400 retro games, giant connect 4 and foosball. Also, featuring themed rooms! Family and Friends can gather in this home to make lasting memories, comfortably fits 10 people.
Check out our coffee nook equipped to accommodate your morning wake-up call with Keurig, Coffee Pot, French Press and Tea Kettle. K-cups, coffee beans and tea provided. We take our coffee seriously.
Head to the basement to cozy up next to the electric fireplace or click on the smart TV and watch your favorite show. Relax or Grill out on the back deck, in this quiet setting, overlooking the amazing Kentucky countryside. A wide open space for kids to run and play on our ¼ acre. Or relax under the pergola. Feel free to get toasty around the firepit.
Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the fabulous Ark Encounter experience! Don’t miss Screaming Eagle Adventures. Only a few minutes away check out, the small town charm of, historic downtown Williamstown. You don’t want to miss the Arnold Log House and Webb Park. It was a nice house in a quiet location. One weird thing is the doors automatically lock so you have to be aware of that as you go in and out. Also, the grill is in need of replacement. The basement area is cool and was fun for the kids.

Nice place overall

We had a mostly good experience at this property. There were a lot of extra amenities provided like kleenex, spices, cooking oil, typical junk drawer items (sewing kit was helpful for a new stuffy that got a hole in it), etc. The beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer were nice. Our kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. We were disappointed with the play area outside. It seemed really unsafe for our kids to swing on and there were a lot of wasps, so the kids were upset we wouldn't allow them to play out there. The upstairs vent a/c units weren't super straight forward to use and it was hard to regulate the temperature up there.

Great location, clean and cute place to stay

The house was in a great location. It was clean and well stocked. The decor was cute and cozy. It would be a great place for families. The view is nice and its close to Williamstown and the Ark.Just some things to take note of-- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for large groups of adults, especially older adults. There are lots of steps. The living room, which is very comfortable, is in the basement.The bunk room is just that--a room with 2 bunk beds, which have bunkbed mattresses. There is no closet or dresser, so you'll have to share with the bedroom across the hall.

Host was very helpful. Responded quickly. Clean. Well supplied with family activities -- games, tree house, fire pit, family dining and living rooms nice space to enjoy relaxing. Kitchen well supplied. Very family and children friendly. Well maintained. Nice place to stay for a family vacation.

Seeking Christ Bright Lights Conference

The home was beautiful and perfect for our needs! The kids loved the downstairs. :-) We really liked the fresh coffee beans provided from Beans, a nearby coffee shop! The area was beautiful for a walk. :-)

Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

Our stay was wonderful. It is conveniently located to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. After touring both attractions we enjoyed relaxing at the house...sitting outside with our children and grandchildren just talking and laughing. Also enjoyed the quiet country setting and coffee outside in the morning.

Beautiful country

We loved the home and the downstairs game room. The fire pit area was nice but the swing set wasn’t usable and the neighbors dogs were a little alarming. Otherwise, it’s just as pictured! We had a great stay.

Perfect

This property was clean, spacious and beautiful. They were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the game room. The owners really made sure we were not in need of anything. From the coffee and tea selection to the well-stocked kitchen. We loved being able to barbecue and at night use the beautiful gas fire pit.

Wonderful location to see the Ark

Such a cute house! Lovely yard and view. It is 4 minutes from the Ark Encounter and way better than a hotel! Great kitchen that's well equipped, laundry, and plenty of towels etc. The kids adored the bunk bed room, 6 beds. They had a hard time choosing which ones to sleep in! The game room made the vacation! After a long day at a museum, kids need to get energy out and have something just for them. They enjoyed it very much! Appreciated all the lovely books in the house from the Ark/ Creation Museum. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 plus 2 Grandparents.

Great location, wonderful time.

This property is so nice and clean, as well as updated. We had more than enough room for our family. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed, right down to a liner bag for the crock pot and coffee/tea for the selection of coffee makers. The owners have gone out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the grandkids loved the bunk room. We had a lot of fun playing games in the game room! We took home many wonderful memories of our time here.

Very pleasant experience

This property was an excellent place to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Very comfortable for whole family with kids (who loved the game room!) We highly recommend it!
