“Gregg is a great host, very fast to respond to questions. Property has great architecture (pre 1900) and features. Roomy and comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. Apartment could use washcloths and an iron. Other than that it was a great stay at a cool house that was clean. Check-in and out was fast and easy.”

“My pup and I stayed at this perfect little spot for a 3 night business trip. It is the middle of three apartments/suites within one building. There are 3+ acres to explore with the pup which they had snowplowed a perfect loop (although of course the pup wanted to go off the trail!). It was quiet and easy to find and park. The inside was perfectly accommodating. With a well stocked kitchen, every kitchen appliance and tool you may need and spices, teas, etc. The fireplace stove may have been fake...

“The place was super spacious and clean. I had everything that I absolutely needed to be able to relax. This place was perfect for my stay, my host provided me with everything that I could possibly need to feel right at home. “This is just what we needed. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino, and you have food, package store, and a Dunkin within walking distance. Karr was quick to respond to any text I sent, and even extended our checkout time as our flights weren't scheduled till mid afternoon. Will definitely use this location next time we are in Norwich for concerts at the Mohegan Sun!!”

“Smelled a tad smoky upon entering, but couldn’t tell two minutes later. Host Karl let us know it was likely from a downstairs tenant that’s supposed to be smoking outside. Karl was very responsive and generous as we left a nice coat behind and he mailed it back to us!”

“Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!”
