We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. We had questions about the river and the owner promptly texted back within minuntes. This was great for our group of adults and would have been wonderful if we had kids along. “We love staying at the Birdhouse! Dana is an excellent host, providing a gift on arrival as well as charcoal for the grill. We enjoyed using the canoe one morning and rocking on the front porch is always enjoyable! The bed is very comfortable and we slept well.”

“Stayed 3 nights at this wonderful cabin! Everything was just as listed. AC was nice and cold; everything we could possibly need was there for us! There was even an air fryer, crock pot and griddle! Extra towels were provided as well as beach towels. The kayaks were a great addition, as were the passes to get on the river. That saved a lot of time in the morning when we wanted to get out before the masses of people! The only thing we didn’t know about was how to get the kayaks back to KP hole if...

“Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.”

“Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

“Great property, very clean and cozy, fire pit and hammocks. We used the GPS to go to Rainbow springs and it took us to the wrong entrance (tubbing entrance). Then a very friendly and helpful young lady gave us directions to the main entrance and it was a right and a left to the park from our place. Seriously it is really close to the park. “Great place for hosting a pool party w plenty of places to sit. Pool was big and we used the gas grill for a cook out. Plenty of parking space and very close to Publix food store. The pool was very cloudy and hard to see the bottom even though it was supposedly cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival. Cleaned as in maybe just netting the larger surface stuff just prior?
