There was a small issue with the coffee pot, and as soon as I wrote to the host about it, the housekeeper who lives nearby was there, and they resolved it that day. Incredibly responsive host - truly went above and beyond. Even the housekeeper offered to bring my colleague's lost luggage into the house after it was delivered to the porch since we were gone at a conference for the day. The lot is mostly wooded...

“Second time staying! Enjoyed it as much as the first!! Host was extremely helpful.Got in late in the evening, asked if he could turn on porch light for our arrival. With no hesitation he took care of it. During the rain it was enjoyed while sitting on the front porch. We don’t get much rain in California so it was a treat watching it come down. The house is just what we needed, basically “home away from home”. The house is centrally located to Ocala and Gainesville. I would recommend this...

“Property very clean inside and out. Very convenient to WEC (literally only minutes away) and other areas of Ocala. It was quiet, private and relaxing. Loved the fenced in area for my dog that traveled with me. Hosts were very easy to communicate with before, during and after my stay. Highly recommend. ”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

“We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.”
