“We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....

We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk.
