Second floor unit accessible by elevator or stairs. Parking is in a garage/deck directly across the street. Apple maps told me my car was 500-600 yards away.Great place and communication by owner. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building. If you go into the building the apartments are on the right side a little more into the building. There is a keypad in the very front of the building that allows you into the back. I got so confused about that process so thats why im explaining it a bit so if anyone else is confused, hopefully this helps. There isnt a washer or dryer. Also the garage gets packed on the weekends, and there isnt a "reserved" spot so you might end up on the top floor one night so keep that in mind too. For me with three kids in toe it worked out ok, it helped my kids are older so they can walk on there own. Going upstairs to get the key card for parking was a little stressful because I had to leave my car on the street with my older kids so I wouldnt get a ticket, but it went smoothly. Overall, this place was amazing. Had everything we needed, even Ramen hahahaha. Will definitely visit again.

The Elephant on market was nothing short of amazing! Paula was so attentive and sweet! She checked on us after our first night and answered within minutes when we needed something. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing! I love the all the decorations and everything about this place. It was so nice to not have to worry about paying for parking daily as well because a spot is also provided for you. I love the downtown area and have restaurants and shops so close. Thank you for a perfect stay!

One of the best places we’ve stayed while on vacation. The property is right in the middle of downtown Wilmington. Once you park your car, in the parking garage right across the street, with the provided parking pass, you won’t need it the rest of your stay. We really enjoyed Wilmington, but were so thankful for a relaxing place to come back to, especially since our stay was during a level 3 weather day. My favorite part of the property was the shower, I’ve never taken such a relaxing shower! Paula has made sure that everything you need is provided so you can enjoy your stay. She also provided some of the best communication as a host that I have experienced. When I think about our trip to Wilmington, our stay at the Elephant on Market will be one of the best parts!!

What a wonderful place to stay. My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington and the location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to so many fun spots and even with all the bars around it was still quite. We did have an issue with the air conditioning since it was so hot while we were there, but Paula responded and took care of it. We will definitely come back.

Hostess with the mostest! Paula was such a kind and wonderful host, she truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was not only thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but also perfectly located in the center of town, making it so easy to get everywhere. Truly a hidden gem, we can’t recommend it enough!

Great stay for New Year's!

Our stay at Elephant on Market was great!. Perfect location - walk to the river, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The parking spot across the street was so convenient. Very nice accommodations and did not need for anything. Host thought of all the extras! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay!
