    *Our cozy forest retreat occasionally encounters insects and mice due to its natural surroundings. Rest assured, our home is kept clean and well-maintained, with regular pest control services every quarter to manage these visitors. Please note they can still sometimes be found.

    **Ring cameras are outside on property to ensure guest safety. Located at the front door.

Well organized and laid out house that was perfect for our needs. The cozy finished basement was perfect to retreat to and watch World Cup games on the projection tv. Location is great and close to lots of activities.

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend without the kids! The location was perfect! The beds were a little firm but other than that we had a great stay! Each of us had our own space and plenty of bathrooms and we LOVED the basement space with the games and the movie theater! 10/10 would recommend and would come back!

Wilmington House

The house was exactly as described and very clean. It was the perfect size and very conveniently located with all the desired amenities. Check in and check out were easy. We’re already planning to return next year.

The location was perfect for our group of 8. The house was clean and spacious. The owner listed that four wheel drive is recommended, as it is a dirt road. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Amenities were as stated, and the basement area was a nice hang out location.

Nice home with everything we needed. The foosball table was a big hit with our 9yr old grandson. The host was friendly and really responsive when we had minor household needs.

Spring Break

We had a great experience at Erika’s place. The house was great. Spacious & cozy at the same time. Plenty of amenities to keep the kids entertained from the theater in the basement to card games, fussball, darts, backyard, and firepit,for roasting marshmallows. We hiked at Molly Stark, went to the reservoir, & skied at Mt. Snow all in under 20 min away. We had a good time, it was a perfect getaway for our spring break.
