Waterfront remodeled 5 Star 1st floor condo located in Downtown Historic District on the quiet south end of the Cape Fear Riverwalk! Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and water views while you lounge or dine on the large fenced private deck. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, events and local attractions.

OWNER PROVIDES PARKING SPACE

Master Bedroom: Sweet dreams on this King Serta "Cool to touch" Memory Firm Mattress with Crown and Ivy cotton linens and down and feather pillows. Full size dresser and 55" smart TV.

Bath: Custom high end bath with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

Kitchen and Dining: Dine alfresco on the patio along the river or inside at your hight top table for 2. Full kitchen, well equipped with Keurig coffee maker, pods and supplies.

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable living room with Poly and Bark Italian leather sofa overlooks the Cape Fear River. When it's time to drift off to sleep, the easily retractable sleeper sofa will send you to dreamland in no time.

Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer is located in hall closet. Laundry soap is provided.

What a truly wonderful stay we had at Carole’s little paradise, Riverwalk on Water! Beautifully and tastefully appointed from top to bottom, a well equipped kitchen, free parking, and a super responsive and helpful host! We have found our Wilmington retreat! Some of the best moments of our getaway were sitting on the patio watching people, puppies and spectacular sunsets! Honestly can’t say enough about this special place

Riverwalk on Water was everything we’d hoped for and then some. Extremely clean, very responsive host (although we didn’t need anything, but she reached out to check on us and assured us to call if we needed anything at all)We walked everywhere (plenty of restaurants and shops)except to Wrightsville beach, and across the bridge to the battleship.

We had an amazing stay right on the Wilmington Riverwalk. The view was absolutely beautiful, and being right up front made it even better. Our patio door opened directly onto the Riverwalk, which made it so convenient to step outside and enjoy the scenery.Everything we needed was within walking distance—restaurants, coffee shops, and plenty of places to explore. The property itself was very modern, clean, and well maintained. We truly have zero complaints about our stay.Our host was also incredible—super helpful, informative, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Excellent location on the Riverwalk. Carole was quick to respond to any inquiries. The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was close and the location was within walking distance to many restaurants. We will book again on our next to Wilmington.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverwalk on Water! The location is well within walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping venues. The property was very nicely decorated, clean as a whistle and had a gorgoeus view of the Cape Fear River. We had a little confusion with the parking at first, but once we were settled, we never needed our car, because the location was so good. We were there in the off season so plenty of free parking was available, but could be a different story in a busier season. Overall, this is a fabulous property and we will most certainly return! Can't wait to rebook!

We visited for 3 nights mid December and mid-week and what a great time we had being in walking distance to all there is to see and do in historic Wilmington. Perfect Christmas time little getaway! The Riverwalk this time of year is sparkling and fairy like. Carol's place was so clean and cozy. Everything you need for your stay is there. The living room has a back door that is directly on the Riverwalk and the front door opens up to cute stores (My favorite shop was Eclectic which is across the street and to the right, a skip away). Loved walking and reading the plaques on all the beautiful historic houses. Horse drawn carriages, Elijah's on Wednesday nights for 1/2 price oysters and karaoke...just so much to do that we left our car parked the whole time.Bed mattress and linens sooo comfy! OMG! You wont want to get uo in the mornings! Oh, we are in lates 50's and 60's and enjoyed the museum of the weird (I think thats what it is called), the mirror maze was neat. I forgot anything there is a Dollar General on the Riverwalk about 5 min walk. ENJOY AND GOD BLESS

Our stay on the Wilmington Riverwalk was delightful. The condo was perfect. Comfortable, clean, stylish and so convenient to everything Wilmington has to offer. We loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee watching the river and the people going by and really enjoyed the choice of restaurants only a short stroll away. We will definitely choose to stay again at the condo on the Riverwalk.

Location, Location, Location!

My husband & I rented this property for our 27th wedding anniversary. It was super clean, tastefully decorated, and looked newly renovated. Everything seemed well-built. (No creaky floors or doors that didn't close well.) The best part was that we parked our car and didn't use it again for the whole trip. We walked everywhere, and there was plenty to do. Great restaurants, guided Wilmington tours, sunset boat trips, and window shopping. In the evening, we sat on the back porch and watched the boats go by. We had a great time. Thanks to Carole for allowing us to stay at her beautiful property.

Fabulous condo & location

The condo is wonderful! !Beautiful decor, everything has been updated &it is spotless!You can walk out the front or back door to shops and restaurants. It’s located in a very clean, cute part of Wilmington located on the Cape Fear River. We would definitely rent this fabulous condo again!!!
